The apex of our strategic leadership
Serves as the Head of Governance and Chair of the Board of Trustees, Advisory Council, and Executive Management Committee (EMC). The President provides strategic leadership, represents the Foundation globally, and ensures alignment with our mission, policies, and global humanitarian standards.
The supreme decision-making body, responsible for approving the Foundation’s vision, policies, annual budgets, audit reports, and long-term strategic plans. Ensures governance integrity and overall direction.
Composed of subject-matter experts in social welfare, health, law, finance, education, and development. Provides technical guidance, strategic advice, and ensures alignment with international best practices.
Headed by the President and comprising the Vice President, Secretary General, and Directors. Translates governance decisions into operational strategies, overseeing coordination and program execution.
Reporting directly to the Board, this committee ensures financial transparency, audit compliance, donor accountability, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
The Secretary General (Chief Executive Officer) leads day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient implementation of programs, internal coordination, and organizational performance. Reporting to the Secretary General, the Director of Programs supervises all thematic and field operations through specialized Program Directorates.
Each directorate operates under standardized systems for quality assurance, monitoring, and inter-departmental coordination.
At the operational level, Regional Coordinators manage provincial or district activities, supported by Project Managers, Monitoring Officers, Technical Consultants, and Community Mobilizers. These teams ensure effective implementation, data collection, reporting, and community engagement at the grassroots level.
