NEIKI SUB SAY FOUNDATION is a legally licensed, non-profit organization incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 and duly authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The Foundation operates as a public interest entity within Pakistan’s corporate non-profit regulatory framework.

The SECP licence authorizes NEIKI SUB SAY FOUNDATION to operate without the use of the words “Limited” or “Guarantee Limited” in its name and requires that all income, profits, and resources are applied solely toward its approved charitable and humanitarian objects, with no distribution of dividends or profits to members at any time.

Approved Objects (As Licensed)

Under its SECP licence issued pursuant to Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, NEIKI SUB SAY FOUNDATION is authorized to undertake humanitarian and development activities for public welfare, including:

  • The provision of food assistance, ration packages, medicines, healthcare support, and regular relief for poor, needy, and destitute communities.
  • The establishment and support of temporary shelters, rehabilitation, and recovery facilities.
  • The creation, operation, and support of educational institutions along with financial and educational assistance for needy and orphan students.
  • The promotion of digital skills development, technical training, and livelihood opportunities for students and unemployed persons.
  • The development of water and sanitation facilities, including hand pumps, tube wells, RO plants, water storage systems, and initiatives to ensure access to safe drinking water.

All activities are carried out strictly in accordance with applicable laws and remain consistent with public order, security, sovereignty, and the national interest of Pakistan.

Governance & Financial Restrictions

In accordance with Section 42 requirements

No Distribution of Profits

The Foundation cannot distribute profits or dividends to its members.

Charitable Deployment

Any surplus income must be deployed entirely into approved charitable activities.

Statutory Oversight

Operations are subject to strict statutory oversight, reporting, and compliance as required by the SECP.

Legal Standing

NEIKI SUB SAY FOUNDATION operates as a fully licensed and legally recognized Section 42 non-profit entity, eligible for lawful engagement with government institutions, financial institutions, donors, and development partners within the scope of its approved objects.
